Multi-Select
For this type of item you are directed to select a specific number of correct answers from among the options provided. These items are different from multiple-choice items, which prompt you to select only one correct answer. Multi-select items typically have two or three distractors and two or three correct answers. For multi-select problems, these strategies are often helpful: process of elimination and test the answer choices.
